• PrintLatte provides print-on-demand and pre-printed books to customers worldwide.

2. Orders & Payments

• All orders placed through our website are subject to acceptance and availability.

3. Shipping & Delivery

• Print-on-demand books: As these are custom-printed per order, we do not accept returns or exchanges, except in cases of printing defects or incorrect items received.
• Pre-printed books: Returns may be accepted within 7 days of delivery, provided the item is unused and in original condition.
• Cancellations: Orders can only be canceled within 12 hours of purchase. Once processing begins, cancellations are not possible.
